What workout formats are supported? +
AMRAP, EMOM, For Time (count up or down, with an optional cap), and a Builder
mode that lets you chain several blocks into one custom workout with rest in between.
How do I log rounds? +
Tap the screen during a workout to log a round. Your splits and totals appear in
the summary at the end of the session.
Can I save workouts? +
Yes. Build a workout once, save it, and load it again with a single tap. Saved
workouts are stored only on your device.
I don't hear the beeps — what's wrong? +
Make sure your device isn't muted and the volume is turned up. The app plays a
countdown beep in the last 3 seconds of each interval and a louder cue on every transition.
Does the app work on iPad? +
Yes — WOD Timer runs natively on both iPhone and iPad, in portrait and landscape.
Does the app collect my data? +
No. There are no accounts, no ads, and no tracking. Everything stays on your
device. See the privacy policy for details.
